Our congregation has over a dozen "Shepherds" charged with looking after their designated "flocks". Flocks are generally organized by geographic area (Lee's Hill Flock; Sawhill Flock, etc). Our flock system serves as a way to minister to the needs of all our members. Shepherds are trained by our Pastors to be their representatives in ministering to the flock. Should any member have special needs, the shepherds communicate these to our Pastors. Providing emergency meals, hospital visits, prayer partners, and fellowship events are examples of shepherd activities.
